Standard turn around time is one week from date of phone consultation.

Note: Each client will have an in-depth phone consult about their package, where we can identify whether what you selected is appropriate, and if I see a reason that it will not suit your needs, we will discuss that during that consult.
Prices listed are for online-based legal services and are not representative of pricing in effect for in-person legal services, which may have a different fee schedule.
Attorney-client relationship is not established until you sign a retainer for my services, which will be emailed to you after I receive your order. This is to avoid potential conflicts of interest, or other issues that may prevent me from representing you.
In the rare case where I must decline your case, you will receive a 100% refund for any fees paid.
